First we must explain that the CRMF it is an educational public and free center dependent on the Imserso.
Its aim is the professional training of the adult persons who, because of an accident, disease, congenital or acquired reasons, have a physical and / or sensory disability and are in labor age.
This Center will provide all those means that make possible their personal and professional recovery and it will also try to facilitate the obtaining of a working place to them.
The CRMF of Salamanca, with his facilities and professionals, has an area of national action so people with disability can come and live in it from any point of Spain.
COURSES:
The courses given are of occupational vocational training, which can be followed of way presencial or on line to became a reference in Technologies of Information and the Communication (TIC). People with disabilities both from the national territory and from Europe and South America are welcome.

Here we have the list given to us nicely from the CRMF of Salamanca with all the projects that they have realized thanks to the social European Fund since our entry in the EU in 1985. These projects were quite early since the first one was made only three years after our adhesión to the EU.
We have done a small research that here we expose base don the Project called TOWEL - TOGETHER WE LEARN.
The above mentioned project is about the education and the form of learning in adult people with disability as well as the strategies to confront the above mentioned topics in the different countries partners of the project.

- CONTEXT:
Participation in the sectorial program Grundtvig, which has as goal improve the quality and the European dimension of the adults' education in a wide sense, including the formal education, the not formal one and the informal education, included the autolearning.
- OBJECTIVE:
The Project TOWEL tries to be a new form of reflection on the informal education of the people with disability, his integration and the contribution of the exchanges of learnings for the constitution of the first steps towards the recognition and the certification of the not formal education acquired in this time. During two years of project it is foreseen that every country member organizes his own " Meetings of Learning ".
The purpose is to speak and to intergesticulate on the different proposed and like that topics to obtain a reciprocal learning of the participants. In addition, the incorporation is foreseen in the social networks as Facebook or the creation of a Blog as routes of exchange of information and experiences. The main aim is to give visibility to people with disability and their environments, to integrate and simultaneously to learn on the different topics in what they are interested and to certify the not formal education.
On having finished the project a certificate will be granted to the participants.
- TOPICS TREATED IN SALAMANCA MEETING:
- Presentation of every organization and practical examples of the works realized by every partner.
- Visits to the facilities of the CRMF of Salamanca. Practical examples of the activities that is carrying out the students in different classes.
- During the meetings works, there has made concrete the distribution of new tasks for every partner and the future action plans, included the next meeting, programmed for October, 2012 in Baia Mare (Romania). There is foreseen that in this visit celebrates a conference on the ' Therapies of rehabilitation applied in the persons with disability ', in that every partner will be able to expose the methods used in his country.
- Participation in several Meetings of Learning: in Salamanca on the history of the city, visit to the most emblematic monuments, the Spanish gastronomy and artistic culture, visit to Casa Lis. Appearance in the mass media and interview realized to the coordinator of the project for the local television.
- A guided visit to the School ' Maestro Avila ', as example of a school center that integrates in his classrooms and you programme people with disability and educational special needs.
- Intercultural exchange among the partners of the project.
- Promotion and evaluation of the Project and its activities.
- CONCLUSIONS:
- The students of the CRMF of Salamanca designed the official Logo of the project, chosen across the contest summoned and chosen by a jury. The final deliberation communicated in an act celebrated in the Assembly hall and in the one that delivered everyone a diploma for his participation.
- Every country member will take charge of the accomplishment of the " Meetings of Learning - Learning Events ", foreseen, as well as the update of his functioning in the social networks and the sending of information related to this project to the mass media.
- The next meeting took place in Baia Mare (Rumania) in October 2012.
